What you do:
People & Culture systems provide critical data to ensure organizational functions run in the most efficient and effective manner. You will manage the oversight and optimization of People & Culture data and systems including the management of security protocols, controls, testing, daily and cyclical maintenance activities, and change projects as assigned. You will report to the People & Culture Ops & Analytics Senior Director.
- Lead the People & Culture technology capability project to maintain the HRIS and integration capabilities including a focus on process improvement, data quality, system administration, automation, and self-service.
- Partner with local, regional, global and external vendor IT organizations to deliver the expected employee experience, implement changes and identify opportunities to further improve architecture and ensure sustained performance of People & Culture capabilities.
- Serve as the People & Culture systems subject matter expert to internal team members and the organization for multiple projects as assigned, providing consultation and guidance regarding People & Culture data/systems administration.
- Ensure adherence to approved global/local People & Culture systems standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain required documentation ensuring updates occur as needed.
- Coordinate major systems releases and critical run activities such as lower environment refreshes, certificate updates, SSO maintenance.
What you bring:
- 6+ years of experience required: with applicable HR systems (HRIS, LMS, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.)
- Four-year degree required: or equivalent work experience
